Woolfox, Rutland
B3 Designers designed the interiors at Woolfox, a leisure destination and golf course located in Stamford.
A calm radiance for Woolfox's new
wellness and leisure spaces.
Luxury lifestyle and members club Woolfox is nestled among the hills and countryside of Stamford. As part of a design overhaul, B3 were asked to take hold of the design and create a new narrative and apply brand and design expertise to the converted barns.
This luxurious golf course and retreat had a number of farm buildings that could be re-purposed to make large spaces with lots of character. The Nordic minimalistic approach to the architecture allowed the design internally space to breathe. It is light, textured, sleek and timeless throughout. B3 started applying their design expertise to the Old Barn which now home to a pool, sauna, gym, yoga and changing facilities.
The light and bright entrance, with feature lighting, welcome members. The timber-clad building is softened with pastel fabrics and warm colours throughout.

Simple and organic; the calmness of the outdoors spreads throughout the interior.
Curved arches feature significantly with layers of textures and soft lighting.
Practical and elegant, all the facilities are generous in size and the colour palette of pale pink, white, black and a glossy red extends through the member experience.
The gym is industrial, raw and masculine, the near ceiling barn doors have become a feature to show the double height voluted ceiling. The feminine detail of the glowing mirrors provides a welcome contrast , and the neutral warmth timber floor continues the use of natural materials throughout.
