The food is outstanding, and the focus of the menu on different vegetables gave each dish a theme, from carrots, lettuce, Jerusalem artichoke, radicchio, and citrus – all locally produced.
this experience is timeless...
A unique concept, gripping the attention of the guests even more so by the next dish being a surprise. Each waiter who brings dishes to the table explains, in detail, what each dish includes and what they mean. It goes to show how knowledgeable and attentive the members of the team are and how passionate they are about the food available. The best way to describe this experience is timeless, you’re made to feel special as soon as you walk through the door.
The Restaurant
Mauro Colagreco is a beautiful restaurant that features a traditional, comfortable, and classic interior. The kind of interior that’s simple enough leaving your focus on the amazing food being served. This eatery is elegant and sophisticated matching the location that Mauro Colagreco is located in.
While this hotel is home to 9 other restaurants it’s easy to find on the left of the hotel entrance. The soft lighting that changes through the time of day provides an intimate and luxurious setting, perfect for those visiting with loved ones. The dining space is stunning and proves to be the perfect place for a special evening. The way it’s been designed made it obvious this is somewhere you visit for an event, as opposed to a casual dinner.
