We were approached by the Ritz Carlton Budapest to design the interior and brand identity of their F&B offers during the hotel’s refurbishment. Kupola takes its name from the room’s architectural stained glass dome and our brief from the client was to create an elegant and classic brand identity that fit the grand room. To achieve this sense of luxury we took inspiration from connoisseur culture with emphasis subtle, simple elegance. The material choice included leather menu covers in a deep blue tone, reminiscing of the deep blue tones of the Danube River which runs through Eastern Europe.
