Attached to the Cinnamon Kitchen, the Anise Bar uses light, shadows and reflections to create a chic environment in which to enjoy the extensive choice of cocktails offered.

Dominated by the polished pewter topped carrera marble island bar, the space is edged with deep banquette seats. Angled mirrors reflect the flickering light of the candles, which are scattered around the interior. Above the bar, hanging shelves are stocked with bottles and glasses creating a visually attractive feature of the essential storage.

Matching the Cinnamon Kitchen, the floor continues its loose geometric pattern and the same silver-plated perforated handmade lamps hang in the window alcoves.
